Congratulations to The Hanley Economic Building Society!
Midlands Excellence is extremely pleased to announce that the only award winner this year is the Hanley Economic Building Society!
The Building Society is a committed user of the Excellence Model. The organisation has established very strong values which were found to be lived and breathed, and has a passion for service delivery. The assessment team were particularly impressed by the positive attitudes of staff.
The Hanley Economic Building Society is a thriving, independent mutual building society with a head office and five branches in North Staffordshire.
